What happens if Wi-Fi goes down?

The system works partially offline. While internet is ideal for real-time updates, we monitor device connectivity and will notify you immediately if a device goes offline so you can check the connection.

Do I need special hardware?

For the Property Management features, no hardware is needed. For the Power Saver Add-on, you need our Energy Monitor Device which is installed by our technicians.
